“Where it all started”
 June 8th 2019 3:28 a.m.
I had an idea and I knew I had to bring it to life. It all started with a small black fold table and a charcoal grill. Every Friday and Saturday I packed up and stationed on Germantown and Erie right across from the clock bar. I sold salmon burgers from 11:00 p.m to 2:00 a.m. Sometimes I would sell 2 burgers sometimes I would sell 10 the most I ever sold was 20.

“Sticking to the plan”
July 5th 2021 6:21 p.m.
I saved up enough revenue to upgrade. I used a hot dog cart to sling burgers. This gave me the opportunity to open my menu up a bit more. This is when all the ideas stated coming to mind.

One of the salmon stands proudest moments & accomplishments. With the support of our loyal customers we were able to take the next step in opening the cart and even at the center of a cold winter business was boomin’!
